Products and descriptions
We describe each product by what it physically is, its pack size and its manufacturer part number. Compatibility statements repeat what the product’s own manufacturer states. We do not claim any relationship with the makers of the machines these products fit.
Safe use — treadmills
Treadmills are mains-powered exercise machines with moving components. Read the manufacturer’s manual before first use, assemble and position the treadmill as instructed, and use the safety key whenever you exercise. Do not modify the machine or operate it with a damaged power cord, plug or running belt. Keep children and pets away from the treadmill while it is operating. Units we sell are supplied for the US market at 120 V.
Safe use — maintenance products
Treadmill lubricants and cleaning products may contain chemicals. Follow the instructions on the packaging and the maintenance procedure provided by your treadmill’s manufacturer. Switch off and unplug the treadmill before cleaning, lubricating or performing maintenance. Keep maintenance products out of reach of children, and do not mix them with other chemicals. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your treadmill, ask us before using it.
Treadmill warranty
Using third-party lubricants, replacement parts or maintenance products may affect your treadmill’s warranty, depending on the manufacturer’s terms. This is a matter between you and the treadmill manufacturer. We are unable to advise on another company’s warranty terms.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in USD ($) and may change. If an item is out of stock or priced in error after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund; we do not charge you a different price without asking first.
Orders we may decline
We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the order looks fraudulent, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we have already taken payment, we refund it in full.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
